Bed & Breakfast
(plus 2 weeks self-catering holiday lets
throughout the year)

Relax and unwind in a delightful Grade II listed recently converted thatched late-16th century barn. Sleep in one of three charming bedrooms - all en-suite (two double and one double/twin - one on the ground floor with a four poster bed). Relax in the stunning vaulted sitting room with working fireplace or in the quiet brick and flint stable courtyard garden. All three en-suite bedrooms have the comfiest duvets, the fluffiest bath towels, crisp white cotton bed linen and remote control TV.

Discover for yourself this unspoilt corner of rural Norfolk - only five minutes from the sea, five miles from the Broads, yet only half an hour from Norwich.

As Manor Barn is detached from the owners' own home, Manor Farmhouse, but only a few feet away, our guests are already appreciating the benefits of being more independent. With your own door key, you can come and go as you wish and can relax in the barn without a timetable of hours to be 'out' during the day. This is such a joy especially on days when the weather is less good, or you just want to curl up with a good book.

Manor Barn is the perfect rural retreat.
